NATIONAL WATER AND SANITATION AGENCY (ANA)
Cintia is the Superintendent of Economic Regulation acting directly in the proposition of Standard Guidelines for Water and the Sanitation Sector. She was General Coordinator of Water and Sanitation at the Ministry of Economy for two years in which she actively participated in the construction of the New Legal Framework for Water and Sanitation. She holds a degree and Master's in Economics, with an MBA in Competition Defense and Economic Law and is currently a PhD Student of Public Policy at the National School of Public Administration.
