Eliza is Microsoft's global water lead and is responsible for progress made against Microsoft's Water Positive goal. Eliza oversees strategy for the program, advises businesses across the company on reducing water use, advises Microsoft's Climate Innovation Fund in making water-related investments, and leads on internal and external engagement. Previously, she led WSP's corporate water consulting practice. She also led Ceres' water and agriculture program and implemented replenishment projects for Coca-Cola in India. She holds a BA in Environmental Policy and an MBA from George Washington University.
