Working with the Regulation and Supervision Bureau in Dubai, he has played a pivotal role in shaping and implementing regulations that support Dubai’s Clean Energy Strategy. His work focuses on Independent Water and Power Producers, Energy Service Companies, and District Cooling. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering and is an alumnus of the London Business School.
