Natalie Lamb
As the Senior Manager for Sector Intelligence at Spring, Natalie drives centralised intelligence for the UK and Ireland water sector. She maintains a comprehensive understanding of innovation priorities across the wider water sector, using these insights to inform service strategy and guide the design of new service offerings.
With over 10 years of experience, Natalie has approached water sector innovation from her unique perspectives encompassing the supply chain, water utilities, and academia. This continues with her ongoing role as a Visiting Researcher at the University of Sheffield. Her voluntary work plays a substantial role in her professional experience. She is currently a board member on the Utility Week Live Innovation Advisory Board and volunteers with the International Water Association (IWA) as IWA Young Water Professionals (YWP) Chair and on the Global IWA YWP Steering Committee as Chapter Coordinator.
