Raised in southern UK, Oliver spent his formative years in or on seas and rivers developing a deep respect and love for the natural environment. As a chartered chemical engineer, he has worked with universities, start-ups, SMEs, and big corporates in multiple roles before coming back into dedicated external innovation. Oliver currently leads the Partnership Accelerator program within Xylem Innovation Labs, fostering exciting start and scale-ups. Open and radical inter-and extra-sector collaboration is critical to meeting major water challenges!
