As Director of Innovation for DC Water, Robert is tasked with formulating and executing a comprehensive strategy across the entire organization. He is currently overseeing the implementation of new processes, tools, and roles designed to sustain innovation. His career spans over 25 years across a broad mix of industry experience involving both large and small companies. His corporate experience includes IBM, Citibank, & Delta Air Lines, among other companies. He holds two U.S. Patents for original & patentable technologies. As an educator, Robert facilitates courses at Cornell University, the University of Maryland, and Northwestern University. His niche is helping organizational leaders (and students) formulate and execute strategy.
