Tacoma is co-founder and CEO of MentorAPM, an asset lifecycle management solution built for water/wastewater agencies and process industries. Having spent most of his career in the operation and management of water and wastewater operations, Tacoma is an expert on the application of asset management best practices, asset performance management and risk management. He is a contributing member of the US Technical Advisory Group to ISO 55000 and the author of Criticality Analysis Made Simple. Tacoma speaks frequently at leading conferences and is passionate about bringing real asset management to our water and wastewater.
