Speakers

Vera is the CEO and President of the Board of Directors of ERSAR, the Portuguese Water and Waste Regulatory Entity and the President of WAREG ' European Water Regulators. She is PhD/Public Law Professor at Nova School of Law (Lisbon/Portugal). Her current roles, research and teaching areas cover Regulation, Administrative Law, Public Procurement, Environment and Planning Law. For more than 15 years she was a lawyer/public law practitioner, as Counsel and Head of Public Law and Regulatory in the Finance team at Linklaters LLP (Lisbon office) having also worked at Linklaters LLP Paris office (2004).
